Control: “My wallet must allow me to be in control of my money (eg. See balance, transfer funds, see transaction history...)”
Convenience: “My Wallet have all the information to organise my trip” (set up alarm, check journey planner, change currency while travelling, works everywhere...)”
 Efficiency: “My Wallet should allow me to save time (Pre-order and pay for lunch at a restaurant, solve my expenses headache, location based offer...)
 Ease of use: “The activation must be straightforward (Working straight out of the box as possible, be able to switch payment services easily...)”
 Rewards: “I want to be able to save all my coupons, vouchers and loyalty card in my Wallet” (Save money, get discounts or cash back...)
 Mobile habits: “I am expecting to get all those services from my usual Appstore”
 and of course SECURITY…
